Ritika ultimately delivered the finished product, which we appreciated. However, the process was hindered by a subpar communication and a noticeable lack of understanding throughout. Additionally, we had some concerns regarding professional ethics during the project. While the job was completed, the overall experience could have been smoother with better professionalism.
