Sketchup model for a garden design

I am a garden designer looking to freelance out sketchup modelling for 2D designs which I produce. Please see the layout plan appended to this - further files/ photos of the site are available upon request. The plan should provide some detail, however I would suggest we have a zoom call to discuss before commencing the model. Photos of the existing site and surrounding buildings are attached - more will be provided.

- Textures to be agreed
- Layers should be organised
- Relative accuracy of immediate surrounding buildings
- Document will not be used for construction - it will be illustrative
- Model must be accurate to the layout plan. Dimensions will be provided in millimetres. DWG can also be provided
- Entities should be made as groups/ components as required. Professional draftsmanship required
- Indicative planting to be shown based on photos provided. To be discussed further on how best to achieve this.

Estimate of time taken required: +/- 20% tolerance permitted.
