I need this PSD file to have transparent background at high res

I need somebody to get me a completely transparent background for the attached PSD file and I need the output in a vector file at the highest resolution possible so it does not pixelate when I change its size.

Don't worry about the font, I just need the feather itself.

The first person who sends it to me in a scalable vector format in high res on a transparent background will get the job.

I also have it in AI format but it will not allow me to attach it.
